Saskatoon Berry Creamy Cheesecake

cups white sugar

pint sour cream

teaspoon vanilla extract

cups saskatoons

 

Instructions

1. Beat cream cheese and 1 1/2 c sugar until soft and smooth.

2. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

3. Pour into a ready-made 10" graham cracker crust.

4. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes.

5. Mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla.  Fold in saskatoons.

6. Pour onto baked cake and bake at 450° for 10 minutes.  Cool before serving.
