Saskatoon Berry Flan

9" Saskatoon Berry Flan

1 cup flour
2 tbsp sugar
pinch of salt

Work in:
1/2 cup butter
1 tbsp vinegar

Pat down the mixture into the bottom of the flan pan.

Mix in bowl:
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp flour

Add 2 cups Saskatoon berries, pour over crust.

Bake at 400F for one hour.
Add one more cup of berries on top and then dust with icing sugar.
