Saskatoon Berry Crisp

cup flour


1

cup brown sugar


1/4

cup white sugar


1/3

cup butter or margarine


3

cups saskatoons


2

teaspoons minit tapioca

 

Instructions

1. Heat oven to 350°.

2. Put berries, tapioca, and white sugar in baking dish, casserole, or cake pan.

3. Mix and let stand for 15 minutes.

4. Mix brown sugar, flour, and butter and spread over saskatoons.

5. Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes.

Add a little lemon juice or 1 cup rhubarb to this for a change.
