tablespoon sugar

cup brown sugar

ounces cream cheese

2/3

cup butter

3

cups fresh fruit

500

milliliters cool whip

3

tablespoons icing sugar

1

teaspoon vanilla

 

Instructions

 

  1. MIX DRY INGREDIENTS AND CUT MARGARINE INTO MIXTURE UNTIL GRANULAR.

  2. SPREAD OVER PIZZA PAN - PAT DOWN FIRMLY.

  3. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES F. FOR 8 - 10 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN.

  4. MIX CREAM CHEESE,SUGAR,VANILLA & COOL WHIP TOGETHER.

  5. SPREAD OVER COOLED CRUST.

  6. ARRANGE FRESH FRUIT IN CIRCULAR ROWS AROUND PIZZA.

  7. FOR EXAMPLE ARRANGE A ROW OF SASKATOONS, STRAWBERRIES, THEN BLUEBERRIES, KIWI ETC OR USE ALL SASKATOONS.

  8. POUR GLAZE OVER FRUIT. I USE THE CLEAR OETKER GLAZE

     YOU CAN ALSO USE 1/2 BOTTLE MELTED CURRANT JELLY.
