Saskatoon Rhubarb Crisp

cups saskatoons

1 1/2

cups rhubarb

1/4

cup honey

1/2

cup brown sugar, firmly packed

1/2

cup flour

1/2

cup rolled oats

1/4

cup butter

 

Instructions

1. Place saskatoons and cut up rhubarb in a 9X12" baking pan and drizzle with honey.

2. Combine brown sugar, flour, rolled oats, and butter until mixture is crumbly.

3. Sprinkle over fruit.

4. Bake at 375° oven for 45 minutes or until golden brown.

 

Serve warm with ice cream.
