unbaked 9" pie shell

cups saskatoons, fresh


3/4

cup white sugar


4

tablespoons flour


1

tablespoon lemon juice


1/2

cup flour, cubed


1/2

cup brown sugar


1/4

cup butter

 

Instructions

1. Combine 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup brown sugar, and 1/4 cup butter until crumbly. Set aside.

2. Combine saskatoon berries, sugar and flour.

3. Turn into a pastry lined pie plate.

4. Sprinkle with lemon juice.

5. Sprinkle brown sugar mixture over berries.

6. Bake at 425° for10 minutes then reduce hear to 350°for 35 minutes.
