cup mayonnaise


1/4

cup lime juice

teaspoon salt


1/4

teaspoon nutmeg

cups chicken, cooked and cubed

ounces mandarin orange sections

cup green grapes, halved


3/4

cup celery, chopped


1

cup saskatoons


1/2

cup toasted almonds, slivered

 

Instructions

1. Cook and cube chicken.

2. Drain mandarin oranges.

3. In a large bowl combine mayonnaise, lime juice, salt and nutmeg.

4. Add chicken, oranges, grapes, saskatoons, celery, and almonds. Mix well.

5. Chill and serve on lettuce leaves.
