Rhubarb Cake

Rhubarb Cake

Cake:

2 cups flour
1/2 cup margarine
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 egg
cinnamon (optional)

Mix with fork. Save one cup crumbs, pat rest into a 9 x 13 pan


Filling:

1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs
4 cups chopped rhubarb
1/2 cup melted margarine

Mix and pour into pan.
Top with crumbs and bake at 350°F for 1 hour+
