Easy-Cheesy Saskatoon Pie

large pie crust, baked

grams cream cheese

tablespoon orange juice

tablespoons evaporated milk, unsweetened

cups water

1 1/2

cups white sugar

tablespoons cornstarch

cups saskatoons

 

Instructions


1. Bake pie crust.


2. Blend together cream cheese, orange juice and milk. Spread in the bottom of the cooled pie crust.


3. Blend water, sugar, and cornstarch together in a saucepan, add saskatoons and cook until thickened.


4. When cool pour saskatoon mixture over cream cheese filling in the pie crust.


5. Chill.


6. To serve; top with whipped cream and garnish with saskatoon berries.
