can pineapple tidbits, 540ml

can mandarin orange sections, 284ml

apple, juicy


1/2

cup green grapes, halved

cup saskatoons


1

cup miniature marshmallows

large eggs

tablespoons white sugar


4

tablespoons white vinegar

cup heavy whipping cream

teaspoons white sugar


1/2

teaspoon vanilla extract

 

Instructions

1. Drain pineapple and mandarin oranges, chop apple, halve grapes.

2. Mix with saskatoons and marshmallows.

3. In a saucepan blend beaten eggs, sugar and vinegar. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and boil for 1 minute. Cool.

4. Whip cream, sugar, and vanilla together until cream forms peaks.

5. Pour cooled sauce over fruit and stir.

6. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon into sherbert glasses and chill until serving time.
