Fruit Salsa and Sweet Chips

medium nectarines, chopped |

cup saskatoons, chopped |

medium apples, peeled & chopped |

cup butter, melted |

tablespoons cinnamon sugar mixture |
Instructions 1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl and allow to stand for 1 hour before serving. 2. Place parchment paper on cookie sheet. 3. Cut tortillas into triangles. Brush both sides of tortillas generously with melted butter and place in a single layer on cookie sheet and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. 4. Bake at 350° for 2 minutes, turn over and bake for 3 minutes. 5. Place on rack to cool, they will get crispy. 6. Serve the fruit salsa with the chips. You can freeze the salsa for several months.
