cups flour

1

teaspoon baking powder

1/2

cup water

1

pound lard, Tenderflake

1

teaspoon salt

2

eggs

3

teaspoons white vinegar

 

Instructions

1. Mix dry ingredients, cut in lard until crumbly.

2. Beat 2 eggs, add vinegar & add enough cold water to make a total of 1 cup of liquid.

3. Add liquid to flour mixture, mix lightly with a fork.

4. Form into a ball, may be kept in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
