Saskatoon Banana Split Pie

graham cracker pie crust

large eggs


1/2

cup butter

cups icing sugar


2

cups strawberries, sliced


3

large bananas, sliced


1

can crushed pineapple


2

cups saskatoons


1

large cool whip


1/3

cup pecans, chopped


1/3

cup maraschino cherries


1/2

teaspoon lemon juice

 

Instructions


1. Beat butter until soft, add icing sugar and 1/2 tsp lemon juice and beat until fluffy.


2. Beat in eggs and spread over graham cracker pie crust.


3. Slice bananas and dip in lemon juice. Drain pineapple. Slice strawberries.


4. Layer fruit in pie shell in this order: pineapple, bananas, strawberries, and saskatoons.


5. Top with cool whip, sprinkle with pecans and garnish with cherries.


6. Chill and serve.
