cup brown sugar |
Instructions 1. Beat 1/2 c margarine, 1 1/2 c sugar, and eggs. Add vanilla. 2. Combine 2 c flour, soda, and salt. Add to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk. 3. Toss saskatoons with 1 tbsp flour then add to batter. Pour into greased 9x13" pan. 4. Mix 1/4 c margarine, cinnamon and brown sugar together until crumbly. Sprinkle over the top of batter. 5. Bake at 350° F for 40-45 minutes.
