Splenda Lemon Saskatoon Loaf

tablespoons baking powder

tablespoons Splenda

teaspoon salt

large eggs

3/4

cup milk, 2%

1/2

cup olive oil

large lemons, zested & juiced

2

cups saskatoons, fresh or frozen

 

Instructions

 

Recipe Notes

1. Combine flour, baking powder, Splenda and salt in large bowl.

2. In another bowl combine eggs, milk, olive oil, lemons and zest, beat well.

3. Make a well in center of dry ingredients.

4. Pour wet into dry ingredients and mix together until batter is lightly moistened and all ingredients are well mixed.

5. Fold in saskatoons.

6. Bake in two 3X8" loaf pans in a 350° oven for 20 minutes or until the cake tester comes out clean.
