Summer Fruit & Saskatoon Jam

tablespoons lemon juice |

ounces red currants |

ounces black currants |

ounces saskatoons |

ounces raspberries |
Instructions 1. Remove currants from stalks. Wash and put currants and lemon juice into a large saucepan. 2. Cook for 5-6 minutes or until fruit is very soft. 3. Stir in raspberries and strawberries and cook for 3 minutes. 4. Add sugar and heat gently to dissolve sugar. 5. Bring to a boil and boil rapidly until setting point is reached. 6. Seal in sterilized jars and process.
