The Perfect Pie Crust

2 cups flour

1 1/4 cups cold Crisco

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp sugar

1/3 cup fresh orange juice

1. Place flour, sugar, salt and Crisco in a bowl. Mix well until mixture resembles small peas.

2. Add 1/2 the orange juice and work into flour mixture. Gradually add last 1/2 of the orange juice until the whole mixture just sticks together when you squeeze it into a ball.

3. Divide dough into 2 discs and wrap in Saran Wrap and chill.

4. Roll out into pie plate when needed. Can be refrigerated for 4 days or can be frozen.
