Tortillas and Fruit Salsa with Saskatoons

large flour tortillas |

milliliters cool whip |
Instructions 1. Combine marmalade, brown sugar, orange & lemon juices, add fruit and coat evenly. 2. Lightly dampen tortillas with water (a wet paper towel works well) & coat with cinnamon and sugar mix. 3. Fill each tortilla with 1/2 of the fruit salsa and roll into a "burrito" 4. Slice into 4" rolls, securing ends with a toothpick, place on greased cookie sheet. 5. Bake at 450° for 6-7 minutes. Cool slightly and serve with a low-fat whipped topping or sour cream.
