White Chocolate Saskatoon Tart

cups walnuts, finely chopped |

large egg, slightly beaten |

ounces white chocolate |

cup heavy whipping cream, warmed |
Instructions 1. Blend walnuts, 1/2 cup butter, sugar, flour, orange zest, and egg until well mixed. 2. Press mixture into a 10" tart pan, press firmly up the sides about 1" (springform pan will work) 3. Freeze shell for 15 minutes. 4. Remove from freezer and bake in a preheated 375° oven for 25-30 minutes. 5. Cool shell. 6. Fill shell with 3 cups of saskatoons. 7. Melt chocolate and whisk in cream and remaining 1/4 cup of butter. Whisk until smooth. 8. Spread chocolate mixture over saskatoons. 9. Chill 3 hours or overnight. 10. Garnish with walnuts.
